Who processes your data
Netly is published by Pierre-Marie Savoyant, the data controller. For any question about your data: contact@netly.cc.
What we collect
There are no accounts on this site: nothing to create, nothing to fill in to read the discounts. We ask for no name, no address, no payment details. Audience measurement runs without cookies and without identifying you individually. When you follow a partner link, an event is recorded — the date, the link, the originating page; your IP address is used only to filter out bots, and is stored as a hash, never in clear text.
What it is used for
To know which pages are read and which links are followed, and therefore what to verify next. And, for partner links, so that the referral fee reaches us — that is what funds the discount tracking. No targeted advertising, no profiling, nothing sold on.
Legal basis
Anonymous audience measurement and affiliate tracking rest on our legitimate interest in measuring the site’s readership and collecting the revenue that funds it (GDPR article 6.1.f).
How long we keep it
Audience statistics are kept for at most 25 months, the period recommended by the French data protection authority. Affiliate tracking events are kept for 13 months, the time needed to settle commissions.
Who else has access
The site and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, acting as a processor and not exploiting this data on its own behalf. Beyond that, and any legal obligation, nobody.
Partner links
Some links are affiliate links, marked as such. Following one takes you to a partner whose practices we do not control: their privacy policy applies from that point on.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no measurement requiring your consent. That is why no banner is forced on you: there is nothing to accept.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@netly.cc and we answer within a month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.
